Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of the product, once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns, offer refunds or exchanges.

Canceling An Order

Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.

Damaged or Defective Products

Damaged or defective products may be returned to SheaCre@tion$ after contacting contact@sheacreations.store. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.

Shipping

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the proper address for shipping.

Shipping will be provided by the best possible option at the time of order. This could be FedEx, USPS, etc… Once an order has shipped, SheaCre@tion$ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order.

Shipping usually occurs within 24 – 48 hours of ordering. Orders placed during vacation or Holidays will be longer.

Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.
